Review Process

1.Each submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment with regard to its compliance with the journal’s profile, thematic scope, and formal requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be returned for revision or completion, or rejected at the preliminary assessment stage.

2.All submitted articles are verified for originality and compliance with publication ethics standards. In cases of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or other serious irregularities, the submission may be rejected.

3. Research articles sent for review are evaluated under the double-blind review model. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous, and the entire procedure is conducted confidentially.

4. Each article is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers, including at least one reviewer from outside the institution publishing the journal. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the article's subject area and evaluate the manuscript's formal, methodological, and substantive quality on the basis of the review form used by the Editorial Team.

5. Members of the journal’s Editorial Team do not serve as reviewers of submitted manuscripts. The separation of editorial and review roles is intended to preserve the principles of double-blind review and the impartiality of the evaluation process.

6. In the case of divergent review reports, the Editor-in-Chief may appoint a third reviewer or make a decision after consultation with the Managing Editor. The review process is conducted in accordance with the principles of research integrity and the COPE guidelines.

7. On the basis of the reviewers’ reports and the recommendation of the Managing Editor, the Editor-in-Chief decides whether the manuscript will be accepted for publication, returned for revision, or rejected. The author has the right to revise the manuscript in accordance with the reviewers’ comments and to appeal the editorial decision.
